* All Imperial Shares are 20% of Imperial Company, which is the power of votes in DAO. 
* IMPERIAL (ISH) SHARES can only be bought and sold in pairs on IMPERIAL DENAR and goodwill will be converted into IMPERIAL DENAR X Amount of shares ISH X USD.
* ISH is Imperial's share token and it will be possible to convert it to a paper share twice a year by entering the company book and vice versa.
